Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had every amenity I could ask for, but they were a bit cramped for my liking. The service was top-notch, with staff being incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location couldn't have been better, right by the iconic clock tower in Prague. The dining experience was a mix of traditional Czech dishes and English options, although I found the choices a bit limited for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor hiccups.
The hotel offers a basic, exceptionally clean, characteristically Czech room with a lovely loft bed setup. The location is extremely central and convenient for exploring Prague by foot, and the dining experience is fantastic with a welcoming staff. However, the room amenities are limited, and there are several flights of stairs to access the hotel.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel as it offered a splendid view of the square from my room, even though it could get noisy at times due to the central location. While the restaurant food fell short of expectations, the overall experience was pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of Old Town Square with easy access to major attractions, but the service left much to be desired with unprofessional behavior from some staff members. The dining options were good overall, though the temperature of the food was inconsistent at times.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms were massive, beautifully furnished, and silent, making for a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP, and the location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide variety of options. However, there were a couple of minor downsides that slightly affected the overall experience.
The hotel offered traditional, comfortable rooms with a fantastic view, allowing us the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The rooms were spacious, quaint, clean, and very quiet, which was remarkable given the location. The service was most pleasant and helpful all of the time, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location could not have been better, right by the clock tower, and with a view over the square and clock tower from our room. The dining experience, however, was disappointing on the first morning and lacked gluten-free options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
